We are a rapidly growing company seeking a full time handyman and project coordinator to perform maintenance and repair activities at residential properties in the following areas: Washington D.C., Montgomery, Prince George’s, Howard and Baltimore Counties, and Baltimore City.
This person will be a highly skilled “jack of all trades” who is involved in renovations, upgrades and other types of property maintenance. Our successful and experienced Handyman/Project Coordinator will be versatile enough to repair faulty appliances and toilets, fix minor electrical issues, remodel rooms, paint a building’s exterior and handle numerous other tasks. This full time position requires a great deal of precision and skill. Duties include attending to items such as:
- Air Conditioning
- Heating and Cooling
- Kitchen and Bath Remodeling
- Pressure Washing
- Windows and Doors
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to respond quickly to requests
- Ability to travel frequently between properties
- Spanish Speaking
