Kenneth Brown

Kenneth Brown serves QUASAR as its Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Investment Committee. Mr. Brown is responsible for the strategic direction of the company and overall management of the firm.

Prior to founding QUASAR, Mr. Brown served a 15-year tenure at JP Morgan Chase where he was consistently one the largest producers at the firm nationally. Mr. Brown led the workout of a $600M nonperforming loan portfolio, purchased from Greystone, saving JP Morgan Chase from significant losses.

Mr. Brown is an Executive Committee member of Chase Your Dreams Academy, a 501(c)(3) organization founded by former WNBA player Sonia Chase. He is also a member of Urban Land Institute, GCAAR, Maryland Association of Realtors, and NVAR.

Kenneth Brown is licensed to practice real estate in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia.
